Elevation Church Blesses Food for Families during #loveweek2024

We had a wonderful week with our friends from Elevation Church. #loveweek2024 started a little early for Food for Families NC when an incredible #eGroup painted our kitchen and bathroom and cleaned EVERYTHING from the offices to the warehouse.

On Tuesday evening and Thursday morning, groups packed 980 produce bags, 535 non-perishable bags, and 1,020 freezer bags for our home delivery routes.

100 backpacks with school supplies, 1,000 snackpacks, 120 hygiene kits, and 42 cases of fruit snacks were donated!

The kindness of Elevation Church - Matthews and Elevation Church is evident as they continue to contribute, with 144 jars of peanut butter, 120 granola bars, and 80 fruit cups recently delivered from our Amazon Wish List!

The blessings continued when we were presented a $10,000 donation from Elevation Church - Matthews which will further our mission of 'Feeding Families, Changing Lives'. What a week-what a blessing to our neighbors in need!
